Supply and installation of a verified video monitoring system in Price George, BC for a large development of condos.

We worked closely with the developer to come up with a plan to cover all sides of the construction site perimeter, entry, and lots to ensure anyone who tried to enter the premises after hours would be caught on camera and authorities would be dispatched.

The system consisted of 1 Guard Box Master M1 unit and 2 Guard Box Slave S4 units which provided adequate protection for the construction site that their insurance company required for them to start building.

The development company stated to us how much more money they would have needed to spend going with competing verified video monitoring companies and it was an astronomical  amount more.

Just in the first year of development alone they saved over $30,000 in comparison to competing video monitoring companies.

Every year after the first year leasing the Guard Box systems they will save an additional 20% on their lease fee’s due to our depreciation policy which lowers the lease fee’s on all units by 20% per annum saving long term clients barrels of money.

Because of the sky high crime rate in Prince George the insurance company would not insure the project without verified video monitoring covering the entire perimeter of the job site and were mostly concerned about arson.
